Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Harrison!  We hope that you are delighted with your purchase! 

We recognize that there are some circumstances when products need to be returned to us.  In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt with all labels intact.

For reasons of health and hygiene earrings and intimate wear (underwear and swimwear) are non returnable. 

Once received, we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge).  Refunds will be made using your original method of payment. Your refund or exchange will only be processed once we have received your goods.  We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete. Goods purchased as part of a special offer or at a discounted price will be refunded at the price paid.  Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We recommend that you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your own reference.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer service (by telephone:  028 256 49822 or by email: sales@harrisonfashion.co.uk) quoting your order number, your name and details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We regret that goods purchased on the Harrison Fashion website cannot currently be returned to our stores. Similarly, goods purchased at our stores cannot be returned to the website. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
