For Christmas presents, we recommend ordering before the following dates! We don't want disappointed faces on Christmas morning! Note: Delivery times are subject to the order being placed before 4pm Monday - Friday, those orders will normally be dispatched the same day. Please allow an extra working day for Bank Holidays. 

All parcels are shipped using Post Office Royal Mail.

We recognize that there are some circumstances when products need to be returned to us.  In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the item or items to us unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt with all labels intact.

For reasons of health and hygiene earrings and intimate wear (underwear and swimwear) are non-returnable. 

Once received, we will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge).  Refunds will be made using your original method of payment. Your refund or exchange will only be processed once we have received your goods.  We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete. Goods purchased as part of a special offer or at a discounted price will be refunded at the price paid.  Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.  Although we expect most parcels to be refunded within 7 days of reaching us, this doesn’t include your bank’s processing time. If you have received an email confirming your refund but can’t see the money in your account, please contact your bank/card issuer.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We recommend that you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your own reference.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer service (by telephone:  028 256 49822 or by email: sales@harrisonfashion.co.uk) quoting your order number, your name and details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This policy applies to online purchases only. We regret that goods purchased on the Harrison Fashion website cannot currently be returned to our stores. Similarly, goods purchased at our stores cannot be returned to the website. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
