We will only charge you postage once per order, even if your order requires more than one parcel.
Postage and Packaging for UK deliveries is free.
Packages will be sent UK Standard delivery.
Deliveries within the UK will normally take up to 3 – 5 working days when the order is placed before midday.
Republic of Ireland/EU Delivery
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and European Union will normally take up to 5 working days when the order is placed before midday.
Postage and packaging for all Republic of Ireland and EU deliveries is at a standard charge of £5.95.
Delivery outside EU
Deliveries outside the EU will normally take up to 7 working days when the order is placed before midday.
Postage and packaging for worldwide deliveries is at a standard charge of £8.95. Our shipping system will inform you of the cost when you order.
Refunding of Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake with your order, or if it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items you are not returning.

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, we recognize that there are some circumstances when products need to be returned to us.
We will refund or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt.
Once received, goods in their original condition will be refunded using your original method of payment. Your refund or exchange will only be processed once we have received your goods. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
Goods purchased as part of a special offer or at a discounted price will be refunded at the price paid.
We recommend that you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your own reference.
Please note for reasons of health and hygiene, grooming products, products for piercings and intimate wear (underwear, swimwear and loungewear) are non returnable.
We regret that goods purchased on the Harrison website cannot currently be returned to our stores. Similarly, goods purchased at our stores cannot be returned to the website. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
