£30 In-store voucher which can be used for any item in our stores. This voucher can only be used once. You will be e-mailed your voucher which must be printed off and brought with you at time of purchase. No change will be given for orders made less than the voucher amount.

Delivery-Information

We aim to deliver within the time scales indicated below.

Please note that a signature will be required to confirm receipt of all deliveries.

Please allow an extra working day for delivery on Bank Holidays.

We will only charge you postage once per order, even if your order requires more than one parcel.

Christmas Delivery

Orders must be received by the end of the 21st of December for UK customers (16th December for International orders) to guarantee delivery by Christmas Day. Our delivery partners state this is the cut off date for delivery and we are bound by their terms, however as long as orders are received by these dates and you are available for collection you will receive your goods in time. Please also note that during the festive period between Christmas and New Year delivery may not be as quick as usual due to delays in the postal services and when we are out of the office.

UK Delivery

Deliveries within the UK will normally take up to 2 – 3 working days when the order is placed before midday.

Postage and packaging for UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £3.95.

Republic of Ireland/EU Delivery

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and European Union will normally take up to 5 working days when the order is placed before midday.

Postage and packaging for all Republic of Ireland and EU deliveries is at a standard charge of £5.

Refunding of Delivery Charge

If we have made a mistake with your order, or if it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items you are not returning.

Returns Information

Once received, goods in their original condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. In the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please complete the prepaid returns label that comes with each order, stick it to the original packaging and post it to us so that we receive it within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your own reference.

Refunds will be made using your original method of payment. Your refund or exchange will only be processed once we have received your goods. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Goods purchased as part of a special offer or at a discounted price will be refunded at the price paid.

We regret that goods purchased on the Harrison website cannot currently be returned to our stores. Similarly, goods purchased at our stores cannot be returned to the website. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
